Grant Description

Lyophilization is a frequently employed technique that is highly aligned with the goals of the Advanced Product Incubator (API), a non-cell based, regenerative medicine dedicated CGMP manufacturing facility. Current project needs include, but are not limited to, off-the-shelf wound healing gels, peptide manufacturing, biologically potentiated matrix's, organ prolapse support devices and contract manufacturing support for industry collaborative partners. The API's regenerative medicine mechanisms are fully dedicated to phase I/II human trials and unmet patient needs enterprise wide within Mayo Clinic including an array of world-wide partners.
