Grant Description

Innovators of the Future: Community-Based Summer Science Program, Grand Portage Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, is the entry point to a comprehensive Native American science, research, and regenerative medicine pipeline at Ctr. of American Indian & Minority Health, U MN Medical School Duluth. This community-based program offers science, math, and research career exploration for Grand Portage 3rd-6th grade children. The community designs activity to suit their children’s unique needs while building foundations for futures in science, research, and regenerative medicine.
